Email is increasingly unreliable.

To ensure everyone gets their reply we created a whole new system to Contact Us on which does not require email. To use this high reliability system you need to Create a Membership and Log-in to get to the new Customer Service where you use the 'Contact Us' button. This starts a discussion thread which can be read by Logging-in and going to Members Area > Message bank.

You can ask additional questions and attach photos and sound files to your messages there too. These threads are stored and can be read again anytime.

Please Log-in and go to Customer Service >Contact Us. If you are not already a privileged Member then click Create Membership button.
