Please read this first before attempting to get personal assistance from one very busy Chris Kinman.

If you have a problem or technical question PLEASE use the internal Search Engine located above -or- on pages without the search engine press Control + F simultaneously, type your keyword and hit Enter (works with MS Internet Explorer). Also search my FAQ, Tone Workshop and my Product pages first as your question has probably been asked before. It will save me valuable time in answering unnecessarily. I have done a lot of work providing comprehensive information on those pages so please make use of them.

Sounds: for questions about pickup sound please consult my Sounds page or My Products for individual pickup model descriptions AND my Glossary >Sonic for an explanation about terms I use. Do your research and don't be lazy, but if you really can't get your question answered go ahead and contact me but I might take up to 1 + weeks to reply.

I enjoy hearing from my potential customers if the information is not on this site but please keep it short and to the point and only questions regarding my pickups. (I'm currently getting about 70 emails every day and while I like to offer quality advice and enjoy talking to you blokes, I also need to do some real work and be able to go home before midnight)
