Difficulties?

1) Can't see the graphics with your old 'AOL' Web browser? You will have to update to version 5 to view the Ordering graphics. It's a free download from AOL but I recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer, also free.

2) If you have entered all your details correctly AND have available credit on your card but still get declined, call your bank (even after hours). Some American banks won't allow International on-line purchasing until you authorize it as a security measure, OR

3) try using a different Credit Card if you have another one.

4) Still having difficulties? use the 'Order now Pay later' option on the payment page, located immediately above the Credit Card fields. Simply click the top button and press Purchase. we will contact you to discuss payment.
