Shipping information:

My Shipping prices are the actual cost I pay. The Express Courier List price for your parcel is much higher than our price. Combining multiple items into 1 box will not save a proportional amount of the Shipping charges, see details below under Duty/Tax. In the following paragraphs Delivery means the process of Shipping from me to you. Dispatch means when your order leaves my factory.

Refunds:

Any refunds will be reduced by 5% to cover transaction fee charged by financial institutions.

Air Mail Parcel Post , no tracking number:

Approx time from Ordering to Arrival: minimum is 10 days, maximum is usually 28 days. Delivered to your shipping address by your country's Post Office. Your country's Post Office will endeavor to deliver within 7 working days, but occasionally can take up to 3, even 4 weeks or longer on some occasions (Post Offices around the world are notorious for erratic deliveries). We use this method to keep shipping costs low. There is ni insurance so if it gets lost or damaged in transit then your order might be resupplied (at our option) at no cost to you upon proof of loss being established by a Post Office investigation. We use this service in good faith to keep your shipping costs down and in 98% of cases it works fine but in the rare occurrence of late delivery we will not be held responsible for the under-performance of your country's Postal Services. Our undertaking to you is only to do our best to help locate it and get it delivered to you ASAP.

Express Courier with tracking number and our Insurance.

Approx time from Ordering to Arrival: minimum is 7 days, maximum is 28 days. We do our best but this is not always possible. Because of periodic demand peaks, out-of-stock items and uncommon orders it might take longer. We use DHL, FedEx and UPS. Your shipment has a Tracking number which is used to track and trace your parcel. Normally the Express Courier say they will deliver within 3 to 5 working days after we dispatch, provided Customs don't hold the shipment over. Express Courier shipping is not available for low value items like covers and parts.

Customer notes:

Duty/Tax: We take steps to avoid or legally minimize duty or tax that may be applied by your Government. For Customs purposes a set of Strat pickups carries a declared value of Australian Dollars $186 (approx US$143) while a set of Tele pickups is valued at Australian Dollars $163 (approx US$125). Regardless Express Courier is bound to perform a formal Customs Entry and import duty and/or VAT might have to be paid. We have obligations under International Law so please don't ask us to declare your order as a gift as that is a criminal offense.

If you are concerned you should contact your Government's Customs Office if you have questions about possible Customs charges that may be applied to your order. Guitar pickups have a Customs Commodity classification of "Parts and accessories for amplified musical instruments" with a harmonized Tariff code of 9209.94.00.

Express Courier and Customs:

in some countrys (ie Spain and some others) Express Courier will charge you for attendance to Customs Clearance. You can avoid this charge if you attend to Customs Clearance yourself, but you must tell the Express Courier before the parcel arrives. We attach an official "Commercial Invoice" (special Customs document) to each parcel to facilitate Customs Clearance.

Returned & Undelivered Parcel:

If the parcel is returned to us undelivered, the customer will have to pay a second shipping charge to have it reshipped.

Express Courier Tracking number:

A Shipping Notification is emailed to you at time of dispatch which includes your Express Courier Tracking number and Express Courier Internet tracking site. You can discover local Express Courier contact details from the tracking site or visit :
